I
am proud of the team we have built at Panasonic
Electronic Devices Corporation of America since we first began production in 1982. We established a motto at that
time which we call the 3C's ..."Communication, Cooperation, Creation."
That same motto is in effect today and when we reflect on our past successes,
it becomes quite evident that we have put the 3C's into good practice.
We have learned from our shortcomings that a lack of application of the
3C's usually leads to less than ideal results. Over time, we have developed
a unique corporate culture that is not fully Japanese and not typically
North American, either. As a management group, we remain committed to
quality assurance, high legal and ethical standards, customer satisfaction,
environmental compliance and improvement, cost competitiveness, vendor
partnerships, employee appreciation, and shareholder earnings. We hope
that this webpage will allow us to express that commitment to you as you
learn about our company.
